Domestic delivery: 2–4 business days (standard ground)
International: 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs
Free shipping on orders over $200 (continental U.S. only)

Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind the purity and quality of every research product we ship. Due to the nature of the research materials, returns are considered on a case by case basis taking into consideration the following conditions:

Product must be unopened and in original packaging
Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect
Refunds issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt

Note: Due to the nature of research materials, opened vials cannot be returned or refunded.
